Transfers outside the EEA
Some of our tool providers are based outside the European Economic Area (in particular in the USA). Such transfers rely on a European Commission adequacy decision (the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential technical mechanisms needed for it to work properly and securely, and Umami for anonymous visitor statistics. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect data that could identify you. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies, which is why the site does not show a cookie consent banner. Our hosting provider processes basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser information) to keep the site available and secure. If we introduce analytics or marketing tools that use cookies in the future, we will update this policy and add a consent management tool to the site.
How long we keep data
- Data from email correspondence and call bookings is kept while we handle your enquiry and for up to 12 months afterwards, in case the conversation continues. If your enquiry leads to a working relationship, we continue to process the data as described in our information notice for business partners (for the periods required by tax and accounting law and until any claims become time-barred).
- Newsletter subscribers’ data is kept until you withdraw your consent (unsubscribe). After you unsubscribe, your email address may be kept on a suppression list solely to make sure we don’t email you again, and for as long as needed to show that consent was given.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
To exercise your rights, contact the controller at ask@finders9.com.
